Need help identifying a vintage Barbie doll

Found a vintage ponytail Barbie with poodle bangs and longer black hair at a recent estate sale. Can someone identify her for  me? Her face seems whiter than her body, and her body looks to be marked "Barbie TM, Pats Pend, c MCMLVIII by Mattel Inc.   She has a beautiful face although she has lots of stains to her legs primarily.  Looks like she may also have nipples? and a line around her hips area that seems to run around her body (if that makes sense).  Does it sound like the right head on the right body? Who is she? Thanks for any input. I've included a few pictures.

Results show it listed as a "VINTAGE 1960 ORIGINAL BARBIE DOLL #4 BRUNETTE PONYTAIL IN ZEBRA SWIMSUIT VGC."

She's a ponytail 3 or 4.  If her eyeshadow is brown she's a 3.  If it's blue it gets a lot harder to ID.  The paleness of her face makes me think it's a 3.  But I'm not aware of anything thing that makes it definitive, if it has blue eyeshadow.  Mostly go by skin tone.  But some 3's didn't age (get sickly pale) as badly as others.
