Looking for info on International Silver Co - Terrace House marking.

I have a tea / coffee pot and the bottom is marked :

INTERNATIONAL SILVER CO

TERRACE HOUSE

09C

32 OZ [66]

Ebay search doesn't come up with anything with the Terrace House marking that I can find.  Anyone out there have any idea about the particulars of this item / value if any?

Have you tried Google, that's where I always start.

I see lots of teapots marked International Silver Co 09C - Terrace House might be the name of the owner - maybe show some photos for more assistance.

Tried Google first thing - nothing.

Here's a couple of pics.  Pretty sure its silver plate, but just curious about the Terrace House marking.

The Terrace House could be the name of a hotel it was made for or something like that.

Based on the shape and style of the handle, I don't think this is a teapot. Based on the shape of the piece, and the style of the handle, I'm thinking it would be a chocolate pot, or maybe a coffee pot. (Lower probability: hot water pot.)  This style of handle is [probably/almost certainly] not for a teapot.

I also think that "Terrace House" may be a hotel or restaurant that this was made for.
