cannot print shipping label

First check the address format at USPS.

no I talked to ebay support 2 times. they cannot fix it. I have another problem shipping overdue!

If both your return address and the buyer's address are exactly like shown on USPS, then try printing the label from PayPal/shipnow.  Also great backup is a free PirateShip account when this happens.

But, how can I remove "shipping overdue" this is not my fault if eBay cannot address this issue?

If the shipping overdue impacts your seller metrics next month, you can give Customer Service a phone call next month.

After you ship on PayPal, make sure you copy the tracking number and then paste it to the ebay order.  The option is in the drop down menu next to the item to Mark as Shipped and/or Add Tracking Number.

This is not going to work. This transaction isn't via PayPal. I cannot see it there.

If you go to www.paypal.com/shipnow you can fill in the address manually or copy/paste, then select the service and print the label.
