Ok so I sold this violin and we threw in extra strings and a new bridge and it was exactly as I listed on eBay and the buyer came back and said item does not match description but it did and I had to pay $32.00 out of my own personal bank account to ship and didn’t get a the violin back and they refunded the buyer so I lost a total of $82.00 while he got $117.00 his refund and got to keep the violin. Not fair at all and my husband and I were top sellers and buyers but they have lost us due to them doing this wrong not protecting the seller

If you choose to fight a Item not as described case, eBay will refund the buyer and allow them to keep the item.
It is best work with buyer and send them a return label that way you will have your item .
