I had a buyer do a return for a vacuum. They had pictures that showed the hose came off. I shipped the item in good condition so I was surprised when they sent the pics. I accepted the return and sent them a label. They returned the vacuum and when I received it back it was in good condition with the hose attached just as I shipped it. Now I am out shipping twice. Do I refund the buyer minus shipping and will I be dinged for the return?
