So frustrated over a year ago I got negged - my feedback number has not gone back up to 100% like it had been. I am not sure why.

The neg should drop off the chart 366 days after it was left.
If you are certain that it was left more than a year ago … then contact eBay and ask them to remove it from the Summary chart so that your feedback returns to 100%.
