CANCELLING AN ORDER FOR NON PAYMENT

Trying to cancel an order for non payment, but the only options are - out of stock, seller requested to cancel or incorrect address.  I can't seem to figure  out how to cancel this order for non-payment.  The other options make it appear that this cancellation is my doing and not the buyer's non-payment

The non-payment option appears on the fifth day.  Best to use this to put a strike on the buyer's account to warn others.
