I made a purchase unknowing the deliver time would be two months the sell tracking info dint up date till after my cancelation window was over I contacted the seller asked for a refund told him I didn't want to wait two months for my delivery and now no response so how do I cancle this and get my refund

Go to your My ebay > Purchase history.  Locate the item.  What is the last estimated delivery date?  Yiu can file an Item Not Received case as early as ONE day after that date and up to 30 days past if you have not received the item, to get your money back.  The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows DELIVERED to you, or give a full refund.  If the seller does neither, go back to the case and click ASK EBAY TO STEP IN, TO FORCE THE REFUND.
