Did you mean:

drop ship

This is too ambiguous.

Ebay rules:

"Drop shipping, also known as product sourcing, is when you buy stock from a supplier and work with them to send items directly to your buyers without ever handling them yourself.

Drop shipping, where you fulfill orders directly from a wholesale supplier, is allowed on eBay. Remember that if you use drop shipping, you’re still responsible for the safe delivery of the item within the time frame stated in your listing and for the buyer’s overall satisfaction with their purchase.

However, listing an item on eBay and then purchasing the item from another retailer or marketplace that ships directly to your customer is not allowed on eBay."

Is it trying to explain that you have to buy product and ship it to yourself to stock and store and then you can sell it? That is not dropship though.

It this trying to say you can only purchase from a wholesale versus buying from a retail? But that is not dropship because retailers do not dropship for others. Only wholesale places do.

drop ship

You must own the items outright or have a pre-existing contract with a wholesaler in order to drop ship on eBay.

Using retailers to deliver items directly to eBay customers by placing a separate order after a purchase has been made on eBay is not allowed.

Drop shipping is finding a company, signing a contract with them, to sell products that they have warehoused.  You then list those items on ebay, usually using their photos and description.  Then when an item sells, you notify the drop shipper and they will ship directly to the buyer.  Your contract specifies when the drop shipper will invoice you.  This is perfectly fine with ebay.

What you cannot do is list an item that is being sold at a local retailer, and when the item sells, you purchase that item and have it shipped to your buyer.
