This has easily become #1 reason I have stopped using eBay in the last couple of months.
I am looking for something only to get results in my own language, translated completely wrong, not being exactly sure whether the offered thing is actually the thing I am looking for... It is SUPER annoying, feels like I have accidentally landed on some kind of Chinese e-shop, feels like a complete scam...again, basically puts me off from using eBay, after being here since 2008.
Not sure who came up with this idea, but it is the worst thing ever implemented on eBay — and I have seen many questionable UX decisions over the years here.
People have been asking for a solution to this already back in 2021!
