Registering for eBay seller account

I'm registering for an eBay seller and I've added my Payoneer and my credit card. I'm at the part where I have to submit registration info and it keeps telling me Something isn't right. Please double-check the info on this page. Please how can I solve this

It shows you're in the US.

In the US, we don't use Payoneer, you need a checking account through a bank.

What's not right is why did you change your country from Nigeria to the United States? Are you physically located in the US or not?

If you are in the US like it says today then you link a checking account not Payoneer.

If you give us some straight answers we can help.

i am in Nigeria but my credit card billing address is the united states i had to change my Ebay address to the united states to link my credit card
