Change from pick to ship

I mislabled my item to pick up. Now customer and I have agreed to ship and they pay cost. They have already paid. Going to settle with tem on the shipping fees. How do process ebay sale to get the money?

Hi @lees65pony 

Your best bet is to have the customer message you asking to cancel the transaction so you can Relist it and they can buy it from you with the shipping.

eBay has no functionality to change local pick up to shipping or vice versa once the item is paid for.
