I do not know what to do now. She hasn't asked for a refund, so I want
to get this package to her somehow. If she wants it sent UPS or FedEx,
doe she have to pay postage? I cannot find and information to help me.

My client paid $2.35 but the Ebay label printing service will charge me
$4.15. There is no place on the "awaiting shipment - print Label" to
indicate that I intend to use the USPS First class envelope. Why does
Ebay give us the choice to use the USPS...
