Buyer changes unit amount

I wanted to purchase one of the item but at check out it showed up as three with no ability to change.

Why eBay close legit return???

I had until June 20 to make return. But eBay closed the return just shortly after I opened one. And when a return is closed there is (apparently) no way to un-close. Not right!!
