Ah, I suppose it was me who misunderstood and you were pretty much
saying the only way the negative changes is if the buyer does it through
the request, therefore crying to CS would be a waste of time. Oh well,
still a victory in my book:
I think you misunderstood. The buyer typed out just a revision like they
were doing it through a request, nothing more, but sent it to me. I
think they may be an elderly person and easily confused. Communication
is a bit difficult.
