I listed this item a few days back and wanted to check the bids. When I
logged in today, I see I can bid on my own item (!) If I click "Place
bid", I do see the pop-up to enter my bid. I thought this was illegal.
What the heck is going on?
eBay knows the dimensions of the package I'm shipping, it even shows
them on the same screen, but it suggests letters or packages with
smaller dimensions. **bleep**. This is just dumb. What am I missing?

I've just sold an Oculus Quest and noticed the 12.55% fee! Never have I
ever seen a fee so high on eBay, and I've been selling electronics since
the 2000's. 12.55% is outrageous! Where are sellers moving? Amazon
