international shipping on E-bay

I sold an item to Canada. I printed out my shipping label it had the address of the shipping hub center on it. When shipping hub gets my item how do they know the address of the person I have to ship it to?

I know shipments made under the old GSP had a reference number as part of the address.  Do you see anything similar to that on your label?

The orders I've sent to the shipping hub have always had the buyers name and the order # somewhere

on the label in fine print.    Probably the info is in the scan bar graph too.

They have the info because they have the info. The 'name' and 'number' that is on the shipping label is clue #1 to them as well as even you, the seller, can see the 'real' address (if you click the order number and on left side, drop down where it says 'buyers address' , where it also says 'DO NOT SHIP TO THIS ADDRESS' (telling you, the seller, to NOT use that address).
