Shipping a Li-ion digital camera battery

Hi I have sold my first digital camera battery by itself and am wondering should I ship it in a regular envelope with the label with tissue paper wrapped around it or use a padded one? It's a Samsung SLB-10A and is very small. Under Hazardous materials is this considered a Class 9 Lithium Battery Marked Ground Only Package? I just found out about the hazardous material requirement for lithium batteries but when I've sold electronics, I never bothered to mark that with the label but had no problems.

Failing to mark it properly can actually lead to you/your business being banned from shipping/mailing anything..

Those things can get put in the wrong place and pop or burn the plane  or boat..

We always you the hazardous material and the battery notice sticker..
