IMHO traffic comes from buyers searching for an item and finding your item to be the best value.

Other sellers from Sri Lanka offer similar Moringa tea for less than half your price.

As an aside, the health claims made by your products are not endorsed by the FDA so you are violating eBay policy when you repeat them in your listing.
