Not recieving confirmation email for purchase - using CC or PP, or seller not able send to invoice.

Continuing today, I did not receive a confirmation email for a payment-completed engagement with the system, and a seller explained to me having trouble returning a combined invoice request (happened last night).  My inquiry is this: has anyone else noticed this happening 11/8 thru 11/9, and also is eBay aware of the problem? I'm posting this as these specific tasks were not mentioned in the 'ongoing technical issues' announcement, although similar problems are discussed.  Sometimes the site operators are not aware of these quirks until we point them out. Thank you.
