Its tracking history still shows it to be underway, despite being told that it was shipped back, after having sat in FedEx's Cologne warehouse for several months waiting to be forwarded for delivery to its final destination. Contact with the seller ended by the seller. Ebay of Germany, where the item was shipped, simply surrendered negotiations with the seller, telling me that I need to request a refund from my bank
