Just a tip to buyers. I made a purchase rom China that did not arrive. ( I have purchased hundreds of items from China and about 99 percent do come which, I guess, isn't bad. Anyway, I filed a claim and they responded with "they could not refund my payment until case was closed. They swore to me in several emails they were completely honest. I knew I shouldn't do it but I closed the case. Never heard from them again! If you encounter same problem- DO NOT CLOSE OUT THE CASE.
