Payment Problems

Hi eBay community. I've been trying to make payment for hours and I can't. I keep getting a message that says I've reached my purchase limit, but I haven't even purchased anything so I don't know how I could have reached my limit. I've tried with a bank card and with my PayPal account, but I keep getting the same message. Please help.

Search Help & Contact at the top of this page for Buying Limits. That page will have a link to request an increase.  There will also be a link to request a call back at the bottom of the page. Remember that any bids you've made will count towards your limit.

You're in Nigeria. They may have a different policy there regarding limits.
