I want to refund a buyer for overpayment of shipping. Before I could just go to PayPal and issue a refund. Now, with the MP situation, I don't know how the buyer paid and how to issue a refund. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Find the order on the waiting for feedback page. Next to leave feedback link is a tiny arrow that opens a menu with a link to refund. Make sure to select a reason for the refund or it will not process. The refund is submitted on the second page, you get to review it.

I don't see any tiny arrow with a a menu and a link to refund.

Next to the transaction in your sold item list, select Send refund from the Action dropdown. Or you can do it from dropdown at the top right of the transaction details page.

Find the item by going to Seller Hub>All Orders
Look to the left of the item for the drop down menu.
