I received an order today.  It has not yet been shipped.  She changed her mind.  How do i cancel the order.

Go to your orders and click Cancel in the menu next to the order.

You'll have to add a funding source to cover the refund until the buyers payment is released.

Welcome to Ebay! Use the above info to make sure you properly mark the cancellation. (buyer asked to cancel)

These happen from time to time and sometimes in groups. (cancellations)

Some advice if you choose to use....

Don't take cancellations personal. (not saying you are) Just cancel, relist and move on. It is better to take care of the cancellation now rather than have to take a return later that can be costly. (regardless of who is right/wrong)
