Does anyone recognize this signature on sterling frog or polar bear pendant?

It looks like an R that is extended into a bird's wing. Also, is it a frog or polar bear, or some other animal? The lighting wasn't too good when I took the photos.

Apparently it's a healing bear, not a frog or a polar bear.

Prices all over the place.  Mine is very plain, some of the bears have insets and details cut into the silver.

One listed on ebay that looks similar.  $99.99, but didn't sell in the past when marked down to $89.99. 

I like it!  But it is kind of a niche piece...and we are in the slow days of summer...
