Help with Coach handbag with ff on inner white tag!

 Found this wonderful bag that has an f and then another f on the inner tag. Is this a Coach outlet store bag and if so why two f's?  Thanks in advance!

It's authentic. 

The first F is part of the production information and indicates June as the month of manufacture. 

The second F in front of the style number indicates a bag that was made for and sold at the factory outlet stores.
