Hello Ebay and support team. I am currently living and working in Vietnam. In 2021, I open an account to buy electronics, computers, and laptops back to Vietnam. I tried my best to decide to do the eBay set. Currently, my account is restricted from buying or selling or sending messages to sellers because my account is suspected of being hacked by a third party. I can't call your team support account. I hope you will consider and help me.

What exactly did the communication from eBay state?

Have you been messaging sellers?  If you are doing that I think you may have exceeded the number of messages you can send and that triggered a restriction.
