MagicJack selling?

I have two Magicjack adapters that I am trying to sale on Ebay, so I called the Magic Jack's customer service line, and they told me it's still unsafe to sale on ebay because of security issues with regards to my previous phone number.  I still have the serial numbers on the back of the adapter.

I have no idea what "Magicjack adapters" are but if the company told you it's unsafe to sell them because of security issues, I recommend you listen to the company!
