Does anyone know about this figurine, I believe it may be a Navajo Women but not sure, possibly ceramic

No, it's not a Navajo woman. Neither the clothing, facial features, nor the calla lillies she is holding, resemble in any way the traditional image of a Navajo woman.
I would suspect it is a modern interpretation of a traditional Easter image, most likely from Mexico or another Central or South American Catholic country. The calla lillies are often used in Easter celebrations, since they symbolize the resurrection, and pink ones especially are associated with admiration.

That form, with calla lilies is classic Mexican imagery.
