EAPG Pattern Glass Vase ID

This small vase belonged to my Mother for many years. It has dancing women with scarves. I have looked at every reference that I know to try to come up with a pattern name or a maker. Have any of you run into this design before?

Also resembles Northwood's Dancing Ladies (circa 1913-1916). Fenton purchased original mold when Northwood closed.
