ebay support email

i need ebay support email.  I trying to edit a listing but it keeps telling me i need to increase my limit even though it says i have used 0 out of 300 items for the month and 0 out of $15000 for the month. very frustrating. i cant find email or any other way to contact them..  any help or ideas

Scroll down to the bottom of this >> Help page on Selling Limits
-click on "Contact us"
-in the Help Chat box that opens click on "See more" until you see the "Contact an agent" option,
or...type "Agent" in the reply box to bypass the bots
You should see the option to Chat with agent, or have them call you.

Sometimes there is an email option, but we're not sure anyone replies to those.
