I opened a refund request and the seller told me to close the request before they'll refund. on the request it said once it's closed i have no recourse. i don't trust them. been scammed before.

Buyer changed mind after receiving item, wants a return

I had a buyer purchase a higher value item and apparently not study the photos closely. Now that they have the item in hand they have changed their mind. I have a no return policy. How do I handle this?

Shipping
