How do i talk to a live agent. I didn't receive an item, didn't receive a resend or my money back. What do i do now.

You will have thirty days from the expected delivery date shown in your Purchase History to open an Item-not-received request on eBay. The seller will have three days to respond.

 

If you have already opened an official claim on eBay and the seller offered to send a replacement that has not arrived, you can find a link in the claim to ask eBay to step in (it will be available after three days have elapsed).

 

If the 30 day time frame has passed, you won't be able to open a claim on eBay. You may still be able to do so by contacting your payment method (card company, paypal, or bank).
