List it fixed price at that amount. You can also make the Buy It Now "Immediate Payment Required" to be sure you get paid (buyer will not be able to end the listing without actually paying); note that IPR does not apply to auctions or Best Offers. You would need to use the Business Listing Form to get the option to make the BIN IPR (and also to opt out of Best Offer).
List it as an auction setting the "Starting Price" at your true minimum for "the price you need."
ETA: Don't forget to figure in fees and other costs (eBay fees, PayPal fees if you are not in Managed Payments, cost of shipping and packing if you are not charging the entire amount in the s/h setup, a buffer to cover the odds of damage or loss in shipping or a dishonest buyer, etc.)
