How do I change the banking account my shipping comes out of

I have added a new card to Paypal and wanted my shipping costs to come out of that account.  They are still coming out of a different account.  Payments go into correct account so I know it works.  They said it's a problem I need to contact eBay shipping about.  I can't seem to get ahold of anyone from eBay.  Any suggestions?

The next time you print a shipping label, scroll down to the bottom and you can make the change there:

For a PayPal business account:
Log into your PayPal account.
Click on Settings (gear icon at top right).
Click on Money, banks, and cards.
Go to Your preferred way to pay>Online purchases, which includes postage, and click Change.
Select payment method.

For a PayPal personal account:
Log into your PayPal account.
Click on Settings (gear icon at top right).
Click on the Payment tab at the top.
Go to Online purchases, which includes postage, and click Change.
Select payment method.

For eBay Managed Payments:
Log into your PayPal account.
Click on the Settings (gear Icon at top right).
Click Account Settings.
Click on Money, banks and cards.
Scroll down to Automatic Payments and click Set Automatic Payments.
Click on eBay Inc Shipping .
Select the payment method.
