Ebay Standard Envelope Tracking Hasn't Updated Since 10/27

I've seen other threads about this issue, but wanted to put in my ten cents as well.  I've had at least 20+ packages go out by way of Ebay Standard Envelope service since the 27th and not one of them has had a tracking update since.   Typically, the tracking updates at the shipping center in our area the night I drop packages at the post office.  But since the 27th, nothing.   Was wondering if anyone had contacted ebay customer service yet or heard anything about when this issue will be fixed?  Thanks.

It was not clear to me whether they did scan at your hub, and then no further, or whether they did not scan recently at your local hub.

If the hub did not scan your cards, they may not have reached that hub (ask your local PO if they went to the same hub as always), or they may have been diverted away from the proprietary tracking system, to be routed through standard USPS hubs; or the envelopes may have otherwise been sidelined, confiscated, or rejected by the high speed letter sorter due to physical limitations.

It is even possible that the hub is undergoing some equipment changes to handle mail-in ballots.

If your items entered the system and received any scan, you will be able to open a missing item claim if they fail to appear at their destinations.
