Dji store buyng problem

Hi ebay team, please take case seriously, i am user of Dji many years, i was buying things from Dji (original ones) 

For some reason i cannot by anymore from Dji

It tells that seller doesnot accept bids or offers, i write them a lot and not answered, no response

I write them on personal email and they said that they have not information about ebay commerce, please help and tell them to answer me and take the case seriosly, thanks

Sellers are allowed to block buyers for any reason and they don't have to share the reason with you.

I know this is probably frustrating, but you'll have to move on and find another seller.
