What exactly are you trying to change? To edit an active listing, go to your Active Listings page and click Edit next to the listing you want (it might be right there, or it might be in the dropdown list on the left, depending on your activity on that listing and what view you're in).
To edit your personal details like your address, you'd have to go to Account Settings instead, from your name in the top left of every eBay page.
