I printed a label but it did not print so I opted to re-print it but it also did not print, then I found out it was an internet problem which I resolved but now it won't let me reprint the label. Any ideas on what I can do

Find the order under the shipped and awaiting feedback section and pretend you're going to purchase & another label. At the top of that label page is a blue exclamation point with a link to the shipping labels page. Find that label and try to reprint again if you can't void it and buy another. It can take a week or two to get your refund, Priority is refunded quicker.
