Hi,
I bought a camera and lens which i opened a case for as didn't get posted for a week when paid for next day delivery.
Anyway camera finally arrived but is faulty.
I tried to start a return but eaby said i had a case open.
So i closed the case as it was for Not received item thinking i would now be able to start the return.
However when i try i get:
You can't start a return for this item
You have already opened an eBay Money Back Guarantee case for this item.
How can i return this faulty item?
