I have a return case open about which I accidently sent an offer to buyer as a respond of return request. Now, the buyer and I agreed to a slightly higher amount than the offer I've already sent him. How can I refund him the rest of the amount. He is also not replying to my messages and have not responded to my offer. Am I in danger? Please guide me how can I solve this issue.

I must say I'm confused.

If you have a Request for return case open, then the buyer an actual item, not an "offer", and they now want to return it to you.  Have you received the item back?

What are you talking about as "an offer"?  Be detailed, what are you referring to.
