I sold an item awhile back buyer wanted to return it I said ok approved the return, I issued the return label this was last night, I just checked my paypal and I noticed in paypal my funds are being held for this transaction, I've honestly never in all my years on eBay experinced this before at all ever on a return, does that mean this buyer has filed both a claim with paypal and eBay?
