Offer sent to buyer

If an interested buyer sends me a question about what my lowest price would be on a certain item and I send them an offer do I have to put the item on hold some how so it can't be sold to anyone else? A message came up that said to give that customer  2 days to accept that offer.

Offer sent to buyer

No, you don't have to put the item on hold for a tire-kicker. You may have a BIN buyer come in before it's accepted.

If you "give that customer 2 days to accept the offer", that only means that the lowered price is on the table for 2 days.

Offer sent to buyer

1st come, 1st served. That item is not reserved for the ID that the offer was sent to. Anyone can purchase, or you can accept an offer from someone else.

When an item sells any offers sent become void.
