Resolved! Can anyone i/d this earring clasp?

Not expensive, but nice earrings 1-3/8" Dia. Just wondering if this mark on the clasp can be identified or what it means. It looks like a circle within a circle. I can't find any marks on the earrings. I've had them since the early 1980's. Thanks!
