Your bracelet is a Moroccan style with filigree Mosaic panels in brushed gold tone and faux stones. It could be considered a statement piece especially with the Mosaic action ( hot right now).

     I don't know the manufacturer of these pieces but they could be getting their inspiration from traditional Moroccan designs which are elaborate and stunning.

     There are a number of bracelets and earrings like yours online, your bracelet looks different with the faux mother of pearl so that's different.  Here's one
