Looks like a non-descript fashion watch, not a better maker. A better Japanese maker like Citizen or Seiko would put their name on the dial, and likely on the back too. Even if you opened it and looked at the movement, it would likely just indicate a mass-produced quartz movement produced for fashion lines.

Thanks for the reply. I know is a fashion line, and I asked who the maker is of the logo on the dial.

That fleur de lis style mark could just be decorative and not necessarily a makers mark.

In the trade, these are often called "private label" pieces. A large, overseas manufacturer will put whatever brand the seller wants on the dial for a small die fee, or will just use a generic symbol like the fleur in this case.
