From what I can make out, that appears to be the Russian version of the double-headed eagle -- but without a clear photo of it, it's hard to say much else.

Take clear close ups of the scenes and the emblems on the lower sides. You have been here long enough to know what type of pics to present. We can't see thru your eyes so take better pics and at least meet us half way.

I even downloaded the pictures to my own computer and did what I could with a couple of image-handlers -- but everything is just mush.

I think some don't take seriously how important it is to provide competent details when asking for help. It can mean the difference between a correct ID and board members just throwing up their hands and going off to watch cat videos, which I have done.

these are usually fantasy decorations and have nothing to do with where the piece was made. could even be chinese export porcelain. next time put the additional pictures in the original thread
