How do I move a photo from my phone to ebay so that they can see the problem?

I need to know how to move pictures from my phone to my computer and then to ebay.

Do you know what these are? Each has two thick posts on the flat back which seem too thick for pins

This set of a praying boy and praying girl with an Angel protecting a mother all have flat backs with two thick posts each. They're not marked. The posts seem to thick to be pins or pinbacks. I think they're pewter. Each is about 1 1/4" tall.

Contacted ebay 12 days ago. Dealer on ebay sells 100% fake silver dollars. Texted ebay with complaint and chatted with agent on ebay. Seller still selling. Any thoughts as to why no action? At what point does ebay become personally liable?
