Earthenware. Hand thrown and decorated. stands about 15" tall.
To my eye it looks like the decoration is shallow incised with a slip glaze.
The makers mark is sharp and deeply impressed. I flipped it over on the right, if that makes a difference.
I would date it to the early 1970s, and the mark looks like a 70s style "E" on the right. but I can't make out the front half, it looks like a broken L with ' ' ' floating over it. Korean?
It's a puzzler.
